Use of Wizi services and software is subject to these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) Your use of Wizi services and/or software indicates your acceptance of these T&Cs.
We grant you free and fully paid up license to use Wizi services and software version 2 (and subsequent minor versions). Any software component is licensed exclusively for use with Wizi services. The services and software are provided exclusively for personal and noncommercial use. You shall not resell Wizi services or software without prior written agreement.
Your use of the services and software is subject to your compliance with these T&Cs, applicable laws, and good costumes. In particular, you will not engage in stalking, bullying, libelous, or other offensive behaviour.
The services and software come with absolutely NO WARRANTY and may be withdrawn or modified at any time and without notice. You agree to not bring any law suit against Wizi and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wizi in any suit brought upon Wizi due to your use of services and/or software.
Wizi values and protects your privacy. We shall take all reasonable care to protect your personal and location information. We shall not share it with third parties without your consent. Your consent may be reasonably inferred from your use of the services, taking in account the nature of the service you used, the marketing campaigns associated with the service, the geographical location, the time of day and day of year, and the input you have provided. Wizi shall rely on reliable behaviour of its agents and suppliers in transporting and safeguarding your personal information. The Wizi servers, as well as its agents and suppliers may be located in other jurisdictions and you consent to cross-border data transfer. If Wizi uses your data for any other purpose, it shall do so only in anonymized or summarized way.
Wizi operates a permissions based platform that includes technical safeguards, filters, and blocks to prevent unauthorized access to user’s data. These guarantees take in consideration your actual or inferred relationship with other users and prevent unrelated users from accessing each others private data. If you notice or suspect any malfunction of these guarantees, please report these bugs to email@example.com. We guarantee a response by our development team in 24 hours to any bona-fide security bug report. Please do not report any security bugs on “full disclosure” mailing lists or forums before we have had chance to respond. If you notice any abusive or offensive behaviour, or any behaviour in violation of these T&Cs, you should report this to firstname.lastname@example.org. We guarantee a response by our customer support team in 24 hours. We will detail the actions we have taken, or why we believe no action is necessary. Actions may include blocking abusive users as well as removing abusive content, at our discretion. If you are not happy with our decision you should raise formal complaint at the address below.
